Robin Soderling extends his winning series to 9-0
Robin Soderling's score at the World Team Championship at the Duesseldorf Rochusclub is now 9-0. The 24-year-old Swede extended his winning series from the 2008 ARAG WORLD TEAM CUP in his first match in 2009. His 4-6, 6-2, 6-0 win over French top-ten player Gilles Simon was his ninth successive vic-tory. Last year Soderling won all four singles and all four doubles (partnering Robert Lindstedt), a feat previously achieved only by US legend John McEnroe in 1984 and Argentina's two-time ARAG WORLD TEAM CUP winner Fernando Gonzalez (2003).
